The location is great, the neighborhood is quite peaceful, yet close to everything. The room is large and spacious, the appliances were all new, and everything worked perfectly. The bathroom was also very nice, with a Japanese-style toilet. The cleaning service was thorough and did a good job.

Sometimes the smell of cigarettes seeped in quite a bit. I think someone was smoking in the room next door or the smoke was coming from downstairs. Since my room was on a corner, the space was a little smaller because the corner was rounded.

One of the best places I have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Well equipped and clean room/apartement... Very responsive hosts and great cleaning staff. Everything is working fine incl the washing machine and the WiFi Just across the bridge/river at walking distance (15 minutes) from the old town. Highly recommended this fine and affordable accommodation

Best place for stay in Vietnam ! Perfect rooms , sooo clean. Its fully new , and they have a nice smart toilet sit . Perfect sound isolation , so you van sleep well in quiet. Recommended

Nam is an amazing person and I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. With another typhoon approaching he politely helped me reschedule my holiday, without asking anything in return, clearly showing his compassion and good heart. He will be a great tour guide and next time I am in Hai Phòng I will definitely message him to help him build his touring company. I recommend others to do so aswell; he speaks great English which is very rare! He deserves a raise and praises for his hard work, because he is the only reason I leave a review. I never leave reviews so it really means something that I take the time to mention this. The room has a good price/quality trade-off. The room was clean and it is easy to enter/leave the building at any time. Tv has internet and apps (youtube, netflix, etc) which you can easily connect to with your phone.

The next building was right next to my room so there is no view, even on the 5th floor. Maybe that's different for other rooms. Some utilities are old and should be replaced.
