The location was outstanding - very quiet compared to old town, right on West Lake. Picturesque view of the water from the balcony.
Laundry (washing machine + drying rack on the balcony) was very convenient. The heat lamps in the shower were very nice :)
No cleaning offered in the 4 nights we were there but a change of towels and 2 bottles of drinking water were brought by each day.
Great value for the price for a short stay.

Schöne Lage direkt am Westsee.
Der Eingang war schmutzig. Im Bad haben wir am nächsten Tag eine Kakerlake gefunden…In Vietnam sind Kakerlaken keine Seltenheit, aber wir hätten auch gerne auf sie verzichtet.
