Perfect holiday with my love!

Nice cottage with sauna. Excellent service so everything was easy to find. Terrace was large and we enjoyed the the fireplace. Kitchen was good and we could make an excellent dinner from raindeer. Defenately place I would stay again at Kilpisjärvi

I was a little surprised the dirty windows and the dust was not cleaned away. Anyway we enjoined our stay

Gorgeous log cabin in idyllic setting

Beautifully located log cabin with a very tasteful interior. We had lots of fun hiking and going to the lake. We could even see reindeer from the deck of the cabin. The cabin itself is made out of wood that is 300 to 500 years old - a very cool experience. We give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely magical for family of four staying over New Year

Kelo Aurora far exceeded our expectations. We stayed four nights over New Year as family of four 2A and 2C (10+8) on holiday from Australia. The cabin was exceptionally well decorated and equipped and SO MUCH SPACE! The children appreciated having their own rooms and loved the Bear rug to watch movies from. We appreciated that it was a stand alone cabin so didn’t have to worry about the children being noisy for neighbours. The view over the lake is exceptional, and we had a very special evening cooking sausages and roasting marshmallows over the outdoor fire, greatly appreciating the reindeer fur for warmth. The host was easy to contact and directions for check in very clear. We had a decent snow fall whilst there so appreciated use of the drive shovel (and the local tractor that then came past to clear the drive!). We were treated to the most magnificent Aurora to celebrate the new year and could enjoy it from just outside the house. This place is heaven and we would happily live here! The children had great fun playing in the snow and using their Christmas sleds just outside! A very short drive to the Kmarket if needed. Perfect place for anyone wanting to get away and truly relax.

The cabin was big and spacious and very beautiful. It was clean and the location was perfect. We went on an ice fishing trip but we noticed we needed some tools to fix our equipment. We found all the tools we needed from the cabin which was just perfect. Jon was very fast to answer all the questions we had. Shortly put the cabin was perfect and the value really really good. I would definitely come back!

There simply was nothing we disliked.

Briljante plek in een geweldige cabin

Geweldig rustig, briljante plek aan een bevroren meer, slaapkamers op drie woonlagen, berkenhoit voor kachel binnen en buiten, sledes in de garage. 100% aanrader en ontzettend snel reagerende host (en noorderlicht was bijna elke dag vanaf deze plek te zien)

A localização era excelente. Estava a 5 minutos de tudo. Os quartos muito confortáveis. No geral, casa era muito acolhedora e confortável.

Não posso dizer que tenha havido alguma coisa que não tenha gostado. A única coisa que poderia mudar era a TV na cozinha/sala ser smart TV. Foi neste espaço que passamos mais tempo e preferiríamos ter visto os nossos programas nesta TV.
