Location, owner & other facilities.
Needs improved maintenance of the rooms. There was no hot water, the top light over wash basin not functioning, the TV was not working, it was not subscribed, the power point & the entire power was damaged. Honest feedback given to the owner of the property, who assured to look into all monitors problem as he had just acquired this property a few months ago.
