Amazing location for family holiday

The location, accommodation, and approach of the owner were absolutely excellent. The owner recommended several trips around our area, which was very helpful, and she was very friendly. Regarding the location and accommodation, the house is quite close to the city center, approximately 10 minutes on foot. Despite this, the house is in a calm area, which we were looking for. The accommodation itself is modern and cozy, but what I want to highlight is the view from the balcony. Absolutely love it!

Lovely place

Located in a new building, everything is nicer than the pictures! very clean, kitchen is equiped with everything if you want to cook and as having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroms can acomodate 2 families. The owner is very nice and also welcomed us with some small gifts! For sure if we go back in Tirol we will book again this appartment.

Nice apartment meeting all expectations.

Nice, clean big apartment. The Hostess Simone was most helpful. There was everything we needed at the apartment. We even got a gift of prosecco bottle and bathroom amenities. We used private finnish sauna (for a fee), very conveniently located next doors. Free parking space. View from the balcony at Kitzbuhel Horn. We liked our stay a lot and would recommend it for stay to do summer trips in the area.

We didnt like the crepe sheets. We would prefer cotton sheets. During our stay the street next to apartment was quite busy in the morning, trucks etc. (there might be some constrution going on up the street). The TV channels could be sorted out, but this is a common problem.

Totally suggest this place

Host was very open and support our stay the best way she can. There is separate room for drying your ski boots and skis and Sauna is also separate room. Though you are sharing it with other guests and there is no timetable to plan the sauna ahead:( The location and view is amazing.

every morning 5AM some traffic started as the house is next to the road then traffic noise wakes up sometimes.

Goede woning in prachtig gebied

Het was schoon, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Prachtige omgeving om te fietsen en te wandelen.

Het geluid van de weg, er rijden veel auto’s ‘s avonds laat en ‘s nachts langs wat vervelend is als je met een open raam slaapt. Weinig handdoeken (2 pp voor 7 dagen!)

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, liegt gut und ist mit einem Raum für Skier super für alle Wintersportler. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Appartement ist zwar für 4 Erwachsene nutzbar, wird aber sehr eng, auch wenn das Schlafsofa ein richtiges Bett ist.
