The facilities (gym and pool), close to the beach
I didn’t like the parking situation, if we weren’t lucky to get a park in their car park we had to park across at the beach. Which just worried me to leave our car out all night.

The furniture especially the sofas although comfortable were very worn and detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. There was a badly repaired hole near the light switch and the fridge did not have a freezer compartment- which would have been handy for refreezing ice packs etc.

convenient to the beach, just across the road. walking distance to shopping centre and restaurants.
unfortunately we were not overlooking the ocean and the proximity of the tennis court gave us a centre court box seat experience.

I liked the location and bar access for drinks by the pool
The room furniture was very damaged and torn couches, marked walls, broken fly screen door, no key to unlock windows supplied.
