Très bel appartement, propre avec une très belle vue et de nombreux restaurants à proximité de marche. L’espace est grand et la laveuse à linge est un beau plus .

Le Check-in et le Check-out on été plutôt difficile car nous n’avions reçu aucune information sur la façon de procéder. Veuillez vous informer à l’avance pour éviter les inconvénients, sinon n’hésitez pas à réserver.

Person incharge very friendly. Request for early check in, they will try to do the best for you.

Keys were self collect from the mailbox. There is a small convenience shop downstairs as with a Starbucks. A good location for Grab ride pick-up. Very friendly owner. Requests for an extra towel and a blanket were met the next day. A nice basic place for a few days of stay in Penang. At the very least there's a kettle, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board for use! Not many places provide this. Great location to go anywhere from.

The mailbox was full of advertisements and other mail. It would be good to at the very least clear out all paper, as we would need to return the keys back to the mailbox, take a photo, and send it to the owner during the check-out process. One would need to find roadside parking nearby, not very easy and we were lucky, before collecting said keys and parking badge. The ceiling fan was making such a loud noise that we decided not to switch it on. We can not regulate the temperature of the air conditioning or the speed of the ceiling fan.
