Seaside 1 Bed Studio Conversion

The location to the beach was fab. Had dog with us so having the access to a private garden was good, although very overgrown and lacked a little tlc. Comfy bed.

Only one mirror which was in the bathroom, no full length mirror. First impressions when approaching the property were a little disappointing, along with garden. Just needs general tidy up.

Host was friendly and responsive. Private studio close to stunning beach.

The property itself was fine, but unfortunately the cleanliness and condition of some of the items let it down. There were cobwebs behind the curtains and I noticed a couple of spiders on the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom. The towels also looked quite old and worn, and the bedsheets and pillows didn’t smell particularly fresh. Not much privacy in the bathroom window either, which overlooks the host's property. The Wi-Fi was also very limited and unreliable. There was no 4G connection in the area either, so I was completely reliant on the Wi-Fi during my stay, which made this particularly frustrating.

Firstly, I like to thank Anna the owner for getting back to every single question. I asked. Perfect size for us stay. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a princess. Lots of windows we could open up to get some nice air in and it was very quiet. The Studio was a couple of minutes from The beach. And had a lovely walk on Sunday . It was clean and tidy and it had enough amenities for our stay for two days.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I could park right outside the property and it was easy to access the keys to the Studio.

location was perfect. Comfy bed and sofa. They allow pets too stay

It was ok but I thought it could of been a bit cleaner. My dog was trying to get old dog snacks from under the sofa and managed to find a dog chew! The bed was made but looked like it just had been put on. Mud from the garden on the bottom of the door. The internet / wifi was very poor. (Maybe the weather had something to do with it.)
