I didn't have the chance to try breakfast, but it seemed very easy and convinient to access. As for the locatio, was excellent very convinient cozy and pretty much close to everything i needed. For sure made my stay, even tho it was a business trip, even more enjoyable.
I was solo traveling for business, so no criticism here, i was fine with everything.

Die Lage war super, zu Fuß ca.10 min an den Strand. Kaffeehaus und Supermarkt um die Ecke! Ruhige Lage!
Schade das die Terrasse so zu ist mit sichtschutz, aber Makler so sieht man halt nicht rein.

Ομορφο και μεγαλο δωμάτιο , σε ήσυχη γειτονιά , με αρκετές παροχές , καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα , πλυντήριο ρούχων , 2 wc , και όμορφη βεράντα
Είχε θέματα καθαριότητας . Η σκάλα της εισόδου και η βεράντα είχε σκόνη , τα σκεύη της κουζίνας είχαν λεκέδες .

La posizione è ottima, soprattutto per la facilità di parcheggio. L'appartamento in sé non sarebbe male, sebbene sia un po' datato.
La casa è piuttosto trascurata e, a tratti, decisamente sporca. Durante il soggiorno ho trovato due scarafaggi all'interno e un ragno enorme nei bicchieri in cucina (che avrebbero dovuto essere puliti). Inoltre, la manutenzione è carente: una delle due luci del bagno era così fioca che non si vedeva praticamente nulla. Ho segnalato la cosa al proprietario, chiedendo anche un posacenere, ma non è mai intervenuto per risolvere il problema. Basterebbe un po' più di cura.
