Gated community with friendly security guards. Two-story apartment buildings. Our apartment was spacious enough, with its own kitchen and bathroom. I must commend the newly installed furniture. Spacious refrigerator and new air conditioning. The host was very friendly.
No influence from the host - external sewage, garbage disposal, very worn speed bumps.
I would recommend more water pressure for the shower.

The location is a little hard to find at night but the Unit is very well appointed and exceptionally maintained with all facilities available .cooking facilities were excellent as was the refridgerator,Smart TV etc
l was a little disapointed the complex didnt have a 2nd source of power to fall back on in black outs and Typhoons as happened to us leaving us embarressed we had to walk away with out basic cleaning the beautiful unit.
The only fault was during the typhoon water just flowed into the unit through the exterior door on a small balcony containing the Aircon

The Room was cozy. The interior is nice. It felt like home.
Prolly the shower holder, bin and tabo. Its has old stains but still useful.
