Great apartment 5 minutes from anU-Bahn station as well as a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. The facilities were fantastic (best shower I’ve had in Europe) and pretty easy to get in and out of. Had a slight problem with the door but the team were very responsive and everything was fixed very quickly and efficiently.
I couldn’t figure out the air conditioning but that was most likely a me problem not an apartment issue.

location and establishment
ive made food for more than a meal, i needed to store it somewhere, i had to buy tupperwares for it, also it didnt had a blender, but thats ok, because i like soup a lot, and its a personal choice, other than that, all good.

Excellent staff to solve our questions, easy arrival process, brand new room, spotlessly clean, WiFi worked perfectly, everything you needed was provided. Comfort bed, clean WC and shower worked and had unlimited hot water. 3’ from the closest metro station, however we used the next one mostly because of the surrounding area of the Reumannplatz U Bahn.
The area is run down, does not resemble the centre of Vienna. There were strange people, beggars, gypsies approaching you. Not the safest area of the city. However, we didn’t have any issues besides the insecurity. Also the nearby park Antonspark that had a church was home for drug addicted and homeless. However to sum up, besides the bad area and people we didn’t encounter anything or were attacked.

Property was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was amazing and drinking water from tap was cold and delicious. Apartment was stocked with everything you could need and paid street parking was easy to find in the area. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive. Good value all things considered.
Very odd and narrow layout. To access living room one has to enter apartment and then go out onto balcony and go through another door to access very small living/dining room. Shower was on suite but toilet was at the opposite end of the narrow hallway. A/C did not work, location of apartment was not the nicest and relatively far from city center.
