Vieta ir kaina gera.
Manau,jeigu užsiimama patalpų nuomos veikla,tuomet reiktu į tai pastoviai ir investuoti.Dabar toks jausmas,kad kažkada patalpas paruošė nuomai ir pamiršo tai tobulinti. TV iš mano mamos gimimo laikų😆😆…Kodėl neinvestuoti į SMART TV.?Apie virtuvės baldus bei indus,įrankius išvis nekalbu…(caro laikų). Trūksta bendros investicijos bei švaros (ypač virtuvėlėje). Norėdamas pasinaudoti kondicionieriumi buvau paprašytas papildomai sumokėti 3€.Ei ,žmonės,gal dar ir už vandenį reika primokėti….Juk nebe viduramžiuose gyvename.Jeigu taip viska skaičiuojate,tai padarykite visus patogumus bei teikite visas paslaugas.Galite ir kaina truputi pakelti.Per paskuties 10 dienu,keliaudamas aplankiau 9 nakvynės vietas už panašią bei dar pigesnę kainą.Tokioje vietoje,ir su tokiom sąlygom susidūriau pirmą sykį…. Savininkas tikrai malonus….🤝

Location is great, few minutes from centre. It is quite and parking space in front of the house. Also the price was very low according to the other hotels in town. We were here for two days and used appartment only for sleeping.
Matresses. They were really bad, I woke up broken :/ The bathroom is old equiped and there is a gas heater very loud during the night.
