I met the owner Vanessa as I arrived at the property. She was very pleasant and helpful and showed me how to set up the sofa bed. The property is in a quiet residential street and the walk to Aldi only took about 10 minutes.
The sofa bed wasn't the comfiest but it was fine for 4 nights. The hot water in the shower only lasted for about 7-8 minutes. This was fine as a solo traveller but if there had been 2 people or someone who took long showers then it might be an issue for other people.
