Casa Zinat 4 PAX

Casa Zinat was very private as villas either side were empty, pool was deep and large,nice sunbathing areas,with pleanty of seats and loungers. Kitchen well stocked with utensils,cups ,plates etc. Nice lounge.Good view from balcony of town and rock called Flac Good water pressure on shower. Lockable gate to property and covered parking space. This villa is within walking distance of bar and lovely Nepalese resturant. Also a 20 minute walk to the local beach. Main town is easily reached by car or a 40 minutes walk,and has free parking in areas.All supermarkets walkable ,Aldi closes at 18 minutes Lidl 25 minutes,quicker by car.

Being told we needed to pay 400 euros in cash for deposit, 50 euro cash each to change bed midweek, and to pay for electric if over 12kw when first step foot on property . None of this done and resolved by Booking.com after contacting. Electric dodgy could not put on air conditioning and oven or washing machine or dishwasher together as main box outside overloaded and had to be reset ,it was 2 properties away.Gas boiler smelt out property so utility room had to be kept shut with open window. Lights on patio not working. TV with satellite all German channels and don't let kids use remote as over 10 phone in sex channels with visuals. Shower runs hot and cold constantly.
