Siri Tourist Holiday Home

Everything to 'like' about "Siri Tourist'...extemely comfortable/clean as a whistle/great value for money/location is outstanding (5 minutes to all facilities..: the beach/cafes/bars/ supermarket ). The apartment had excellent wifi/A.C. and kitchen facilities...all essentials..: fridge/kettle/coffees,sugar,etc. And outstanding value for money. The hostess/Manageress...: great communication skills/generous with her time/plenty of information on Sri Lankan Culture/ highlights to see/their Religion and more ! I left only as my time was limited ...would not hesitate to recommend to fellow travellers and I will stay there again, when/if I can return to Hikkaduwa . I wish them all the success they deserve.

Really nothing to 'dislike'...I had NO issues..if I had ,I am certain the Managress would have it fixed...she was very helpful /patient and informative.

The location was good, nice beach right across the road. The host was very attentive and nice, ready to help any minute. Everything was very clean and tidy. The airco was new and worked really well. There were hot water and a kitchen where you could cook. I wasn't bothered with the sound of the railroad. So I recommend this place especially if you are staying with a family.

Nothing serious to complain about

We booked a budget room. Location was great. Beach was walk-able and there were plenty of options nearby for dinner and food. AC was available in the room. Host was very friendly and provided us a cup of tea on arrival. She also suggested we go to beach in the morning for Sea turtles and we found quite a few of them on the shore. Was a great experience. She also suggested nearby place for breakfast.
