About this house rental
At 100 meters from the wonderful sea of Cornino in the town of Custonaci a few steps from the natural reserve of Monte Cofano, the most beautiful promontory of Italy, is located the house, which has n. 8 beds and is thus divided:
-ground floor with equipped veranda and umbrella, chairs, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower;
-first floor, air-conditioned, double bedroom, dressing room with bunk bed, a bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with all appliances, including an electric oven.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking.
The beds and sofas are of high quality. Fully conditioned and mosquito nets. The furniture is an ancient Sicilian style.
The area enjoys maximum tranquility, there is no traffic of cars as the property is inside a beam.
In the resort Cornino Macarese are: bar, gelateria, trattoria, pizzeria, disco, pubs, lido.
The house in the maximum time of 30 minutes allows you to reach the most important tourist sites of the Province of Trapani; and in the maximum time of 90/180 Palermo and the Province and Agrigento and the Province.

For the past 30 years, we have rented summer homes around Europe. It is on this basis that we can say that we have never experienced hosts as fantastically hospitable and helpful as Nicolo and Giovanna.
The hospitality extended far beyond the usual. A huge evening meal on arrival, consisting of local specialities. Help with good activities during the stay. We had direct contact with Nicolo on Whatsapp during the entire stay.
The house and the area around the Cornino bay sheltered by the Cofano mountain were also top notch. We were there during the heat wave in July 2023, but the short distance to the beach and the nature of the house meant that it was no problem. We will definitely be back in the near future.
Thanks again for a wonderful stay to Nicolo and Giovanna - not only hosts but new friends!

We all had a wonderful time in Cornino, lots of swimming in the beautiful crystal clear sea, walking in the nature reserve and along the beach front. The house is perfectly positioned for all these activities and the house was very comfortable throughout our stay. Nicolo has been the perfect host. Communication with him from the beginning and throughout our stay has been extremely prompt and always very helpful. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful and tranquil to stay and appreciate an attentive and proactive host.
