The kindness of the staff especially Pacito made us feel so welcomed and at home. There was a day my partner got sick from a food we ate during our tours, and he helped make us feel better and gave us info on the pharmacy. Location was also nice. Not in the center but near enough for a quick ride along the highway.
We stayed in the hut, and i had low expectations because of the other reviews saying you should stay in the main building, but it was not bad actually. the hut was clean and spacious and ac was cool.
No it was all wonderful. If I really had to say something, it was that the breakfast was a bit too oily. but it comes with the fresh fruits with sweetness camiguin is famous for, and nice coffee and tea.
There was no electricity when we arrived. its beyond the control of the hotel as its the utility conducting some sort of works in the whole area. And it only happened 1 out of the 4 days we stayed. Just good to know they dont have generators in case that happens

This property is absolute gem. While is sits a short distance from the city proper (about 1 or 2km), the location is a major plus rather than a drawback- it provides a serene and quiet atmosphere and makes relaxing completely effortless.
The hospitality was standout. The staff are attentive and genuinely warm.
A special mention has to go to the morning dining experience, the breakfast is simply superb and the breakfast team specially Pacito, entertained all our queries with a smile and shared wonderful stories that made our mornings extra memorable.

We got a vert large unit, with a small kitchen, and separate Bathroom including a very big Closet.
Two balconies.
Very quiet with a wonderful huge garden. Nice swimming pool, Basketball court.
Wonderfully breakfast in the so nice balcony.
They can improve the WiFi by adding a router on the second floor, or raise up the antennas.
Although, WiFi worked o.k.
