Stadium easy to get to, supermarkets close by and metro stations within easy walking distance.

We needed a property near to Stade de France, this was ideal

Good place to stay for few nights,quiet area,street parking is available for a fee

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with good size garden,we were eating breakfast outside and it was good,clean bathroom with towels and toiletries available,fridge,kettle,cooker were available to use.

TVs were not working,once turned on it had message in French,and couldn’t go to any channel,also wifi was not available,even once I have asked for password,it was impossible to connect,no grocery store around the property.

A great comfortable place to rest. Small supermarket, bakery and places to eat a minute away. Bus stop also very near.

Directly around the house feels safe and has shops, but go too far into the wrong direction and you might run into trouble. I guess it's telling when the taxi driver laughs at the notion of you staying in Saint-Denis. I want to make clear that the house by it's self is very safe and secure. And the people (neighbors) around the building are very friendly. Just make sure to check and plan ahead where you're going when stepping out.

The WIFI didn't work properly. The TV also didn't work. Bedsheets didn't look clean. I used my own.

very good stay, ideal base for a city trip to Paris

The flat is well located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very spacious flat on the ground floor with 2 spacious bedrooms, large living space, lots of light, terrace and little garden, large bathroom. Ideal for family with children or group of adults on city trip. Clean linen, kitchen equipped with senseo, fridge, large freezer, cooker. The location is very easy to reach by car from Belgium and the Netherlands. There is covered parking on site. Very flexible and helpful owner who gave us good tips to visit Paris. Public transport is nearby, both train and metro take you quickly to the centre of Paris. Highly recommended!

- easy check in and good communication with an owner. - enough space for 6 ppl - terrace (however we didnt use it in the winter) - location is quite good, quiet & clean neighbourhood, 12 min walk to metro, 10-15 min and you are in the center - 2 coffee machines and free coffee

- I think kitchenware should be replaced - pots are old and not pleasant to use. Its not big of investment but would make apartment much more appealing - poor wifi, not big deal for us but it disconnected all devices every 10-15 min - some repair needed here and there - heater in 1 room didnt work, owner provided another one but with less power; kitchen door to the terrace has gaps, cold wind blows from there and its very unpleasant to stay there while cooking. - didnt find hairdryer If above were fixed I would rate apartment 10/10.
