Carlos and his staff were very friendly. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, right in the heart of Quito's Historic Center. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same general area.
The place was a bit busy sounding with sounds of people that seemed to carry through the hallways. Unfortunately, with many Latin American countries on going construction seems to be common and there were sounds of hammering each morning. They also were having a water issue, so the water was off half of the time

The hosts were absolutely amazing, extremely kind and helpful. The location is great, just next to La Ronda, a street full of life, music, restaurants arts, a street full of joy 😊 Loved everything Thank you ❤️
