Super Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Hatten zu Silverster einen tollen Blick auf das Feuerwerk. Fußnähe zur Hafenstraße. Die Wohnung ist gut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haustiere erlaubt. Sehr sauber.

Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Jalousien klappern im Schlafzimmer. Der Balkon müsste mal eine Grundreinigung bekommen. Tiefgarage für größere Autos (SUV) sehr eng.
