A cosy lodge, with everything you could possibly need!

It's a perfect location to see Loch Lomond. The lodges have everything you could possibly need for a very relaxing stay. I wished we had booked for two nights!

There is nothing to dislike at all. The set up of the lodge is ideal. I love the hide-away kitchen, so modern. Loved the coffee machine too.

Beautiful lodge & we will def be back again

The lodge is beautiful! The rainfall shower is to die for & I could spend days in that bath! My husband who is very into cooking was obsessed & very impressed with the kitchen area. The way it all closes over is so clever & unique. The bi fold front was also a very nice addition & we would’ve loved to have had it fully open but a summer return trip may be needed as 30th November was not the time for that! Staff member on reception was really lovely & helpful too & even delivered ice to our lodge for us.

To be honest only thing that let our stay down was the bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in & it squeezed even on just turning over in it.

Comfortable and stylish stay with lots of lovely walks

Location, decor and layout of this property are all great. This is our second time staying. We like walking so the location suited us.

Some of the decor was a bit tired. The tiles outside the wet room were cracking and the kitchen worktop and doors were showing signs of wear. On the whole a lovely property though.

Lovely and very cozy night away enjoyable stay

Very clean was a great size of room had everything we needed, definitely will be back was a great night away with great views!

Was great for scenery with the loch just a small walk away and was brilliant and handy having everything we needed in the room ie kitchen , dishwasher and fridge the bath was amazing as well !

Lodge was very comfortable. Rainfall large shower was so nice. Well designed kitchen layout. Comfortable bed & good lighting. Staff were very accommodating in getting the lodge ready for me early. I got a 12pm check-in.

Location nice and the housekeeper was more helpful than the management .

No hot water after a day of hiking and traveling. No pickup of after hours emergency number. Office staffed only 9-5.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and I can honestly say it’s fantastic. The accommodation is kept to the highest standards, and the customer service is excellent. It’s very family-oriented, with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. If you get the chance to book this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed! The gardens here are absolutely beautiful and so well cared for, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The private beach is truly special, looking out onto the most stunning loch in Scotland the views are breathtaking at any time of day. It’s such a peaceful and memorable setting, and one of the highlights of staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotels in the area over the last 50 years (with the exception of Cameron House) have been tacky. This place was lovely.

Loved the property. Very pleasant surprise. Lovely grounds all around and sitting on loch side with view of Ben Lomond.

The wet room. Impossible to dry feet after a shower. The whole floor area lies in water.

Lovely location - spacious lodge with all amenities

Lovely location - spacious lodge with all amenities. Shower room excessive and an OK shower. As others have said, very slippery floor in shower room and noisy fan in toilet. Kitchen area very good and bed comfortable and choice of pillows. Can be busier on site when weddings are taking place, with traffic back and forth. We used Wrights Taxis, as walk from bus stop quite long-winded if pulling cases etc. Walk down to private beach (the Cruin) was lovely, as no wedding on when we arrived.

Best place to stay to relax after a 55 mile walk.

When arriving the rooms are a lot bigger than they look in the photos. I love the layout. Bath was great, shower room, loads of space and the bed was very comfortable. Would 100% stay hear again.

Lovely stay, great location, a few wee minor things but we would definitely return (if no weddings on)

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable our accommodation was. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the water for our wild swimming. There was a lovely big wet room with a good shower and also the option to have a bath. Plenty of storage & space for luggage.

Some of our plates were chipped, cutlery provided was a bit of a mishmash. We ran out of sugar but we could have requested more. Bath towels were very small & not very soft. No access to the water for lodge guests if there is wedding on at the Cruin doesn’t seem fair to lodge guests. Making another access point for lodge guests to use to access the water if there is a wedding on would be the way forward.

Beautifully styled property with a few minor shortcomings.

Beautifully clean and well laid out with good facilities.

The duvet was far too heavy and hot, so while the bed itself was very comfortable, we had a poor night's sleep. The tv felt tiny compared to the size of the room. Rusty furniture out front gave a poor first impression. Bath was great but took an age to fill.

First time at Cruin Hotel . Setting it beautiful and would definitely recommend .

The Garden Lodge was very modern , decor was lovely , great bath and wet room and very luxurious . Absolutely loved it . Location was also great - we were attending a wedding and was literally 5 minutes walk from the venue .

Nothing . The only disappointing thing is there are no eating facilities on site although there are cooking facilities in the Lodge .

We were attending a family wedding at The Cruin and chose to stay here due to the location. Spacious modern lodge. Perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

I thoroughly recommend the Garden Room Lodges. Everything was exceptional from before we even arrived. Received a phone call checking what time we would arrive. We explained we would be late due to travelling, so the wonderful receptionist said she would go and turn a light on and the heating. Will definitely be coming back and for longer.

Maps weren’t clear on property names as it just had numbers, cabin names were really hard to see at night since they didn’t have lights so it took us a while to find where we were staying
