The staff was very helpful and they organized a taxi transfer to the airport in the early morning. The location in the old centre was very optimal for me. There was a teapot as well
The TV channels didn't work but it didn't bother me much.

Beautiful hotel with an interesting interior in the heart of the old town. It was like staying in an actual museum,
The sheets on the bed were luxurious.

Relatively close to the city centre, as advertised.
Noise. The room I was allocated opened onto the staircase, so the noise was constant as long as someone was (a) closing the front door, (b) talking in/near the reception area, or (c) walking on the steps or along the corridors- plus the noise from neighbouring rooms. So annoying
