Es ist die Lage, wunderschöne Gegend in der Natur und sehr Ruhig. Das noch die Nähe zum Strand. Im Countryhouse fühlt man sich wie zuhause und Daniela die sich um alles kümmert ist eine sehr tolle, freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufgeschlossen Person.

We could write a whole story how great this place is (but only for those who travel by car, it is relatively remote with not public transport available). At first, it provides amazing views on the Marche hills. It is calm, you only hear birds, wind, sometimes a car passing by far away. The place is like a villa which offers everything you need: nice breakfast (desserts are amazing!), coffee, swimming pool, relaxing area, bbq places, ping pong, jaquzzi. The rooms are tidy and spacios, bathroom is fully equiped. Good wifi. It is only 7-10 minutes by car to the beach and to the beatiful city of Senigallia.
But the best part in this villa is the host - Daniella. She is the most attentive, helpful, cheerful, and lovely host we have ever met! Big big thanks to her and her staff. Without her, the place is very nice. With her - it is 10/10, above and beyond!

La struttura, immersa in un contesto bucolico, è perfetta per rilassarsi all’aria aperta, grazie al panorama, all’ampia disponibilità di sedie, tavoli e sdraio, al clima tendenzialmente più fresco (anche grazie alla pineta ben curata) rispetto alla città. Colazione eccellente, con diversi prodotti forniti da un fornaio locale. Un plauso per Daniela, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, nonché capace di fornire tante valide indicazioni sui luoghi di interesse dell’anconetano e sui ristoranti della zona.
