Very disappointing when thinking of the high price.

Flot beliggenhed.

The house is cold and dank. The are mould fungus in the bedrooms and toilet. One of the guests got an allergic reaction to the fungus and had troubles breathing. He had to sleep on a sofa in the sitting room. Landlord said it was against the law to warm up the rooms before 15th of October.

An amazing stay!

The location was unbeatable, the view from the living room was picture perfect. We were here for a wedding at the Villa Regina Teodolinda and it was walking distance which was important! It was a great home base to hang out and a huge plus that you can jump right in the lake right from the back porch. The host was communicative and accommodating, would recommend!

It is the basement level of larger house and it is on a lake so there were a lot of bugs, as to be expected. It is best to keep the windows closed!!

It was one of the best places we have stayed, the window in the lounge was just amazing.

The owner let us check in early as we had travelled from a previous property nearby which was hugely appreciated as it was so hot & humid. The location was magnificent & there were fish & ducks that visited for food which was lovely. The owner allowed friends to visit & was very helpful with any enquiries. He was also accommodating with a late check out so we could go straight to our next property 10 minutes away for a wedding. We would love to visit this beautiful apartment again.

We loved everything about it. Not negatives for us but things to note if you have any mobility issues is there were about 90 steps down from the road to the property. We were using public transport & the closest shop was a bakers which had a nice selection but if you wanted bread you need to get there early.

Superbly located property on the side of Lake Como. Edoardo the host was fantastic with suggestions and information and very quick to answer any and all questions we had before and during our stay.

Not something I didn't like per se, but just to be aware that there are a number of stairs to get up and down to the property from the entrance No problem for me and I actually used them for fitness training, but one of our friends struggles with steps so just something to be aware if you have a problem with lots of steps.

Absolutely amazing dream house on the lake shore of Laglio! It made our trip!

This house is beautiful surrounded, unique view and unrepeatable climate, it was my 30th bday and I can’t even imagine better place to spend it! The owner was extremly helpful and kind, we will definitely recommend this extraordinary house with a view and garder to all of our friends and for sure we will come back here as soon as it’s possible, I will not look for anu other place because it’s everything you expect from Como Lake! We even cancelled our booking in restaurant because all you need is in this place, I love it!

La vie est belle, un soupçon de paradis.

L’emplacement idyllique, une vue incroyable et l’accès au lac est juste parfait. Il y a déjà plein de produits pour cuisiner (épices, huiles,etc), ustensiles et autres appareils. De même pour la machine à laver. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. Grande terrasse bien équipée également, petit jardin, étendoir, parasol...bref tout comme à la maison. De nombreuses marches pour s’y rendre depuis le parking privé mais l’emplacement en vaut clairement la peine. Les balades dans la montagnes sont splendides, physiques mais tellement belles. Nous avions nos chaussures d’eau, super pratique pour se rendre dans le lac et éviter de glisser.

Rien, si ce n’est de ne pas posséder ce bien.
