L’emplacement idyllique, une vue incroyable et l’accès au lac est juste parfait.
Il y a déjà plein de produits pour cuisiner (épices, huiles,etc), ustensiles et autres appareils. De même pour la machine à laver.
Chambres confortables et spacieuses.
Grande terrasse bien équipée également, petit jardin, étendoir, parasol...bref tout comme à la maison.
De nombreuses marches pour s’y rendre depuis le parking privé mais l’emplacement en vaut clairement la peine.
Les balades dans la montagnes sont splendides, physiques mais tellement belles.
Nous avions nos chaussures d’eau, super pratique pour se rendre dans le lac et éviter de glisser.
Rien, si ce n’est de ne pas posséder ce bien.

The location was unbeatable, the view from the living room was picture perfect. We were here for a wedding at the Villa Regina Teodolinda and it was walking distance which was important! It was a great home base to hang out and a huge plus that you can jump right in the lake right from the back porch. The host was communicative and accommodating, would recommend!
It is the basement level of larger house and it is on a lake so there were a lot of bugs, as to be expected. It is best to keep the windows closed!!

The owner let us check in early as we had travelled from a previous property nearby which was hugely appreciated as it was so hot & humid. The location was magnificent & there were fish & ducks that visited for food which was lovely. The owner allowed friends to visit & was very helpful with any enquiries. He was also accommodating with a late check out so we could go straight to our next property 10 minutes away for a wedding. We would love to visit this beautiful apartment again.
We loved everything about it. Not negatives for us but things to note if you have any mobility issues is there were about 90 steps down from the road to the property. We were using public transport & the closest shop was a bakers which had a nice selection but if you wanted bread you need to get there early.
