The hosts are fantastic. the apartment seems more spacious than the space of 45 m2.
Not all basic channels work on TV.

Perfect hosts - Igor and Karmen are both hilarious and I enjoeyd every contact with them. Aparman is clean and well maintained with good furniture (even a dishwasher and air conditioning-yay :). It is situated near everything interesting (sea, shops, gas station) within max 15 minutes walking distance. I fully recommend.
Only issue was that we have encountered lot of mosquitos on patio and in flat as well (but is was in summer season) but this is not to blame on owners.

Friendly hosts living right next door, so collecting/dropping off the keys, having something fixed is easy.
Recently renovated with good quality materials, appropriately furnished apartment.
Nice terrace to sit outside and have a few glasses of wine.
Relatively small (good enough if you just sleep there as we did, otherwise it's ok for 2 people, more is already a crowd).
There are some big old socialist style 7? story buildings right next door (which is fine if You can ignore them)

The location is near the port and the city centre, anything you need is within a short walk. The apartment is clean and well furnished however it is a bit small, but more than big enough for a couple or small family. There's free parking and the owners are awesome.
The wifi signal is quite weak and is limited to the living room, it becomes unreliable on the terrace which is unfortunately where we spent most of our time.
