About this cottage rental
Fantastic country house of recent construction, surrounded by nature and privacy. The house has an area of 200 square meters and is distributed over two floors; It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, two with single beds, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The house is fully equipped with appliances and quality furniture. Outside there is a porch with an outdoor sofa ideal for reading and resting, heated pool, gardens with more than 1000m2 of grass, ideal for children, pergola and barbecue, wooded areas of ullastres (typical Menorcan olive tree) to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area.

Villa looked even better than on the pictures! Such a great place to spend our holiday. Pool was heated to 30 degrees, which was perfect for swimming! Spotted the turtle in the garden several times. House was very clean and the host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions!

Everyone had a fantastic time, villa was perfect, heated pool and facilities can't be faulted. Location ideal for exploring the island. Just be careful on arrival as the road to access the villa is narrow off the main road.

Lovely property, spacious and clean. Loved the pool. Good central location. Enjoyed the company of the 2 tortoises and horses.The property was a challenge to find and so some photos of landmarks would be useful.

Really nice house with a big garden and a greate pool. Perfect house for two families and I really recomend it.
