Easy beach access. They had everything you could ask for such as plentiful towels, toothpaste, kettle, dish-ware, hairdryer, etc. It is very clean and well-maintained.
It is best to have a car to get to the area.

the house is spacious. it has two double beds, a complete kitchen utensil, and quite a big shower room.
we expect the passion to be next to the beach, but it is actually pretty far, not so far but we have to walk 3-5 minutes to be there. it's not a hassle but, you will not get the beach scenery from the passion. But the bonus point is, if you wake up for the sunrise and have a morning walk, you will see one of the best sunrise scenery here.

The pension house was amazing and it's walking distance from the beach and the mini city
The food places were not that many but great quality of food and definitely worth traveling to
The lack of taxis driving to the area (we had to walk 45min after catching a bus from the bus terminal)
