Well decorated
Blackout in building on trying to enter lift. Caused power disruption in electrical outlets and appliances in apartment. A building maintenance fault.

Very near to the beach. The house is very clean and beautiful deco! My father enjoy sitting at the balcony and chilling there. The beds are king size I think, the rooms are spacious. The bathroom also clean, spacious with amazing decorations.
Maybe can provide drinking water, not necessarily a lot. Maybe 2 bottles is enough.

Location near to convenient stores / restaurants.
The house needs major cleaning and preferably interior refurbishment. Everything is at the brink of falling apart. I'm sure with a deep clean this place has lots of potential.
