It was in a good location, clean, and suited to a family.

Good location. Very spacious. Safe and secure.
Upstairs shower needs maintenance.
Cleaning, particularly the kitchen, was below par.
It advertises private pool but in fact you are sharing with at least 4 other appartments.

There was mould on the middle floor toilet door and wall. Many of the walls were dirty, particularly the walls in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed. The shower in the upstairs bathroom essentially didn't work. After my first shower, I opted instead to sit in an empty bath with the water running and use a cloth to bathe instead of using the shower because it was more efficient, and there wasn't enough hot water to have baths every time. The kitchen counter was mouldy/dirty on the side panels.
