A remote, peaceful location. Parking availability.
Kitchen and toilet too minimalistic. Towels were not there when we arrived, but were gladly provided as soon as we reminded the hosts about this.
Frequent visits of stray cats on the porch - had to keep the door closed at all times :)

Perfect location, secure and private parking right next to the house, ideal if you're traveling by car, which is important in this town where parking is difficult...
The apartment is beautiful and perfect, and recently renovated, practically brand new. It has a desk for working on your computer (a real plus...) and a super friendly and kind hostess who lives next door and you can go find her if you need anything.
You can walk to the town center in 5 minutes, ideal and perfect.
It also has a kitchen for longer stays, which I didn't use because I didn't need it for just one night.
