Sea view from the terrace and closeness to the beach. Good internet speed (50 mbps).
The terrace in apartment no. 3 is not private, which is not mentioned in the description – neighbors from the next-door apartment and their guests constantly pass through it, as do two Dalmatian dogs from the next-door apartment, who consider the entire terrace their territory.
