Clean apartment, daily maid service and great location. Very good value for money, location very close to beach, restaurants and bars
Noisy until around 2am most nights, but after this music stops and party is moved indoors. We were out most nights and it didn’t bother us at all

the room was very nice and modern looking, it was in a great location just on the main road so was surrounded by lots of bars , restaurants, and retail shops .
there wasn't any parking at the apartment, but wasn't to much of a problem as able to park nearby quite easily.

This is my second stay at Kappa. I am a 40 year old grumpy guy that have some normal needs, I like to make coffee, breakfast, etc. First stay (from last year) was AMASING, accommodation was perfect, separate sleeping room with A/C, big kitchen with all elements and another A/C, clean and wide bathroom with enough space. Cleaning lady spoke English and German, we had good communication. TV worked, lots of channels. Everything was 10/10
This year we got also every day visit from cleaning lady, it was very nice to see.
This year however..... We got a room on ground floor and I asked for a switch for a room on a first floor (if possible), thinking it will be an upgrade from great room to amasing experience with a view. Owner Nikitas was very helpful and gave us new room instantly. We got room 61, very very small room. What I didn't know is that KITCHEN and WARDROBE are not part of every room... I will attach only ONE picture. It is only a small narrow wall in a room but it represent both of it! Kettle is there but there is no power outlet for it, need to use bathroom or outlet on bed table... No sink, no plates*, no spoons* and forks* ( * - added later, after our intervention). One of cleaning ladies that was there on first 2 days spoke Greek and Ukrainian, communication was very limited, almost non-existent. Later came the other one, from last year. TV didn't have any playable channel.
If you want to use "kitchen", you need to kneel or bend over... my back with spine injury didn't like it at all...
Our suitcases and clothing were on the floor, we didn't have enough place to unpack them.
Conclusion: Maybe it is just me, maybe I am demanding. But I really don't like big difference in rooms and you can't tell which one you'll get. If you get nice room, it will be awesome experience. If you get small room without kitchen and wardrobe, well, good luck with it. But I'll definitely come third time, older but wiser :)

The owner was kind and on the next day we moved to a much better place Irenna hotel.
Extremely loud at night until 3 in the morning. Noise from the nearby karaoke bar and clubs are unbearable. Supplied ear plugs can’t help.
