Excelente alojamiento y amabilidad del personal. Muy cómoda la estancia y cumplía con todas las amenidades mencionadas en el anuncio. Totalmente vale la pena por lo pagado.

No cuentan con servicio de desayuno, tiene una gran ubicación, cerca del malecón, cerca del mercado principal, cerca del ADO, tiendas departamentales, etc,

El aire acondicionado de la habitación, solo refrescaba, no llegó a enfriar el cuarto.

It was a cheap room a short Uber from the bus station with functional air conditioning and late check-in. Staff was somewhat responsive to problems. Room was pretty spacious and wifi worked well enough.

They put me in one room, and I asked to be switched to a different room because there were many obvious issues with the first room. The room was missing curtains to the courtyard and everyone could look inside, and the staff didn't notice until I pointed it out. The air conditioner was broken and only blowing room temperature air into the extremely hot room and the staff was trying to convince me that it was functioning and blowing 16 degree air. The bed was pretty hard.
