Hotel Costa Azul

Clean, good matras and pillows and clean white sheets.

The location is not very central/near downtown. Although there are places to eat around and walmart is close by.

Location was kind of far from where we needed it.

The entrance was not good it had a big step for the vechicle coming in from the highway.

We ended up here unexpectedly after missing our bus and were relieved to be welcomed without a reservation — friendly reception, help with ordering pizza, and a quiet, comfortable night when we really needed it

It was a cheap room a short Uber from the bus station with functional air conditioning and late check-in. Staff was somewhat responsive to problems. Room was pretty spacious and wifi worked well enough.

They put me in one room, and I asked to be switched to a different room because there were many obvious issues with the first room. The room was missing curtains to the courtyard and everyone could look inside, and the staff didn't notice until I pointed it out. The air conditioner was broken and only blowing room temperature air into the extremely hot room and the staff was trying to convince me that it was functioning and blowing 16 degree air. The bed was pretty hard.
