Modern apartment with underground parking. AC in kitchen and sleeping area too. Beds are comfy and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Perfect location. All shops very close. Rooftop pool is a nice bonus.
Jacuzzi was broken and a more shadow at the rooftop would be welcome as in the afternoon there is no place where to hide from sun.

Great apartment in central position, everything is close. For the beach you have to walk a bit. No issue.
Both rooms are big, you have 2 AC units, so it is very easy to maintain temperature. It really is sound proof, so you dont hear noice from the street at all. Big advantage. The balcony/terrace is huge enough space for party of family breakfast/dinner/barbecue.
There is also washing mashine available, which was not mentioned in describtion, so you dont have to borrow/buy towels from agency and bring your and you can wash them.
Roof top pool is great as well and was most of the time empty or half empty :).
There is underground garage with dedicated parking lot for each room. This is big advantage as well.
The worst experience was with the Agencia Marina, which runs these appartment (and many more). The check-in experience was super slow, the lady was unfriendly even though we were 3rd family that day in the morning and it is beginnin of season. I asked them 2 times (in advance via Booking messages) to put baby cot to the room prior to our arrival. I paid additional night so I have appartment ready early morning. They didnt make it and at the check-in, this lady said: We will bring baby cot some time during day. We have lot o work, we cant make it right away. I was speach less!!!
They also take 100 EUR deposit and when I wanted to departure during night, when agency is closed, I had to give them my credit card copy, which is super unsecure and shady request. Still I didnt sign anything so any transaction they would make would be basicaly fraud as I never granted them to charge anything on my credit card.
I never had such bad experience during check-in/out.
Plus you pay 50 EUR additional fee for cleaning and they tell you in agency like 100 times "everything has to be clean when you leave the room". This was super annoying and it makes your departure even more stressful.

Behaviour of the employes agenzia Marina was terrible. Arrogant evil people, ruined the whole stay. Accommodarion was ok .
