Le Petit Chalet is a charming family-friendly traditional chalet of 160m2 with a log fire, fabulous sauna, balcony and terrace with beautiful views situated in La Tzoumaz-Verbier.

The kitchen is newly renovated to a high spec and is equipped with all you need to produce delicious meals, extra wide induction hob, two ovens ( one a steam oven, one a combi microwave) Quooker boiling water tap , 2 fondue sets and hot stone raclette as well as a Nespresso and a coffee maker and plenty of large pans and saucepans, trays, baking dishes to cook for a large group
There are 2 sitting rooms, one with a fire and one with XBox and toy chest so perfect for large groups and families. The second sitting room can be a 6th bedroom.

The sauna will help ease any aches and pains after a long day skiing or hiking

5 bedrooms and one of the sitting rooms can also be used as a bedroom as it has a sofa bed
3 newly renovated shower rooms have a luxurious feel so you can unwind after a long day of skiing. One is ensuite and also has a bath.

Located at 1550m in La Tzoumaz, Verbier it is in the heart of les 4 vallees in Switzerland (Verbier, Veysonnaz, Nendaz, Thyon, Les Collons). La Tzoumaz is Verbier's quieter neighbour and is very family friendly. It is a north-facing snow-sure resort with a world renowned snow record, access to 410km of ski runs between 1550-3300m, 12km winter hiking trails and 13km of snowshoe trails. The free ski bus is located at the top of the driveway to take you to the main telecabine 1.2km away. There the high speed gondola takes you to the top of Savoleyres overlooking Verbier in 8 minutes. There is very good intermediate skiing particularly suitable for families on the tree-lined slopes of Savoleyres as well as excellent nursery slopes, Swiss ski school and snow kindergarten and virtually no lift queues. In resort there are ski hire/sports shops, several bars and restaurants (closest bar-restaurant to the chalet is 600m), a bakery, a small supermarket and cash machine. There is an ice rink (outdoor in winter), indoor swimming pool, playground and outdoor tennis court. You will also find the longest tobaggon run in western Switzerland. With a distance of 10km and a fall of 848m there are thrills a plenty! Down in the valley in Saillon are wonderful natural thermal baths
La Tzoumaz is located 1 hour 40 minutes from Geneva airport and is only 10km from the motorway running through the Rhone valley. There is a train station in Riddes, the nearest town in the valley
It is recommended to come by car and 4 x 4 is preferable in the winter for access down the steep driveway
