Affordable, good security, everything you need in the apartment. Pool great!
Big crack in the window, very dangerous. Lack of instructions on how the hot water works. Lack of instruction on where to dispose of rubbish. Building a bit outdated and a little run down. Door lock not easy to lock and unlock. Feels a little scary like a prison hallway once getting out of the lift.
