Apartment on the first floor of a secure building, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Bucharest, a 10-15 minute walk from Centrul Vechi (Old Town). Excellent public transportation access, with several bus stops nearby and the North Railway Station just 7 stops away. Self-service check-in and check-out via a key box; the owner provided clear and proactive communication about access procedures before arrival. Cozy and very quiet atmosphere: no noise from the street or neighbors. Great value for money! The apartment is very clean, featuring an entryway with two large mirrors and a washing machine, separated from the rest of the apartment by a door. The living room has a sofa bed (sagging in the middle), a small dining table (not big enough for 4 people), 4 chairs (including 2 folding chairs), 2 coffee tables, and a single bedside lamp. Large windows without blinds, with sheer curtains that do not provide sufficient privacy, and which are offset on the sides, allowing neighbors a direct view of the bathroom and living room. No window screens. The open kitchen is very small, with no countertop, equipped with a mini 2-burner gas stove, no oven. Dishes for 4 people (large and small dinner plates, bowls, tall glasses, wine glasses, and țuică glasses ;)), coffee cups, cutlery (no teaspoons), a few frying pans but no pots. No oil or other basic condiments. Dolce Gusto coffee maker with 4 pods provided, mini kettle with tea, as well. The bedroom opens onto the living room (lack of privacy), comfortable double bed but too low (practically at floor level), 4 very comfortable pillows, sheets provided. Windows, including 2 with blackout blinds; 1 window facing the bed, without a blind, looks directly into the neighbors’ apartment across the way. Long burgundy curtains in the bedroom that do not block out light. A single wardrobe, plenty of hangers, iron available.

Kitchen is too small, has no countertop or oven, lacks basic condiments, and has no pots or pans ✘ Privacy issues: windows in the bedroom and living room have no blinds, and the apartment faces directly onto the neighbors' property ✘ Sagging sofa bed ✘ Bed is too low, electrical outlets are poorly placed, and are far from the sofa and bed (extension cords recommended) ✘ Dampness in the kitchen cabinet ✘ No window mosquitos screens (except for one, which is poorly positioned) ✘ Insufficient storage space for 4 people ✘ Strong musty and sewer smell in the building’s hallway

Location near old town. Surprisingly calm street night time.
