Que tuvieran buzón para recoger y entregar llaves. Llegue por carretera arco norte, que complico la hora de llegada acordada. La que persona que debía entregar llaves ya no podía la hora que llegue a Uruapan. Ya estaba buscando otra opción para hospedarme, ella resolvió por la hora 11.30 de la noche quien le acompañará a trasladarse y entregar llaves. ASI LO HIZO Y PUDE INGRESAR AL APARTAMENTO. SI COLOCARAN BUZON SERIA GENIAL POR LOS IMPREVISTOS QUE SURGEN DESDE EL LUGAR DE ORIGEN AL DESTINO.

Location is fantastic just a short distance from the centric area

The apartment unfortunately did not meet our expectations. We encountered several issues during our stay, starting with a broken dryer and a gas leak in the apartment. Additionally, there were consistent problems with the hot water, which made daily cold showers unavoidable for our family of four. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, as we found hair in the showers and dirt in the corners. When we report the gas leakage and cold water in the shower, the landlord seemed hesitant and slow to respond. Although maintenance arrived, the problems were not resolved. Overall, the landlord was unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing our concerns on time and inefficiently.
