L'emplacement est top. A la fois dans un quartier vivant, mais étant au bout d'une impasse c'est très calme. On peut prendre un petit déjeuner tout à côté. Léonardo a répondu à nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse et était très disponible.

Leonardo has been a great host throughout our all trip: extremely kind and nice, very responsive on questions related to the accomodation, providing clear instructions regarding the access to the apartment and the city; all that made our arrival very easy and comforting. The flay itself is spacious, tidy, the beds were really comfortable and the shower is great; the AC is totally functional and the WiFi is perfectly working (this mattered a lot to me and my partner). Its location is ideal: a very calm street in a calm neighbourhood, close to all necessary amenities and nearby great restaurants and bars, only a 15-minutes walk from both the Rialto and the train station. One single point: the occupants have to be aware that the flat does not have a kitchen (this is indicated in the details, so no suprise), which is a common occurrence in Venice. While it might be somewhat bothersome, the vicinity offers everything one may need (like 2 grocery stores and 2 larger supermarkets less than 5 minutes away). In any case, the flat have both a minifridge and a kettle, which totally make up for it. Nothing but good surprises, making this location an incredible deal all in all!

Great location. Everything you need is there and the host is super helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable to have a great stay in Venice.

Would only recommend to have an iron and ironing table available. Everything else was perfect.

Absolutely amazing location with great accessibility. Beautiful, fun neighbourhood that was the right level of busy, probably our favourite part of Venice to just roam around. Can get to Basillica, Ca'doro, Lido, Murano and the airport all in less than half an hour.

The room itself was a little lacking - we found the sheets were a bit mucky and the bed was poorly made when we arrived. Only two plastic cups and a kettle, no fridge, so by no means self-sufficient. You will have to rely on the local cafes and pastitsirias.
