Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und an einer sehr guten Lage. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Man fühlt sich auch sehr sicher. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Es hatte einige Fettablagerungen in der Küche und der Boden war staubig (schwarze Socken). Keine Duschtücherhalter. Keine Nachttischlampen. Es müsste genau angegeben werden wie bezahlt werden muss - unklar!

The view was stunning.

Minor details

I liked the location, the distribution of the apartment and the view. Also was hoping to spend quality time with colleagues so the living room was big enough.

When I first made the reservation, the owner contacted me to request a deposit. This was unusual, as my reservation clearly indicated that no payment was required until 20 days later. I explained that I was overseas, and she agreed to waive the advance payment. Upon arrival, although everything initially appeared acceptable, the apartment did not entirely match the photos advertised online. The refrigerator was dirty, and the oven appeared damp and rusted. The bathrooms were stocked with only one roll of toilet paper each, which was insufficient for six guests staying six days. Additionally, there was only one towel per person; although white, they were stained. The soap provided in the shower consisted of only two small samples, similar to what one might find in a hostel. I requested garbage bags but ultimately had to purchase them myself. The pots and pans were extremely worn and in poor condition. The heat inside the apartment was unbearable, and there was only one fan available. I requested additional fans (one for each bedroom) on two occasions; however, my request was denied on the grounds that the other apartments were occupied and the owner was unwilling to purchase additional fans. Most of the spot lights in the leaving room, kitchen and dining room area weren't working. The walls looked dirty and stained. The most concerning issue arose at the time of payment. Booking.com provided the total amount in both US dollars and Colombian pesos, so I prepared to pay in dollars as indicated. However, when I attempted to do so, the person in charge insisted on using an unfavorable exchange rate of 3,800 pesos per dollar, despite the official rate being approximately 4,000 pesos per dollar at that time. They also refused to accept the dollar amount shown on Booking.com. As a result, I was forced to arrange for a friend to transfer the payment in pesos on my behalf, which I found to be both inconvenient and unfair.
