Lx Factory- Modern Studio com Terraço Privado

La ubicación es muy buena. Ha un minuto de la parada de bus y tranvía y a penas de 10 minutos al centro de la ciudad en tranvía; y Marta, la anfitriona,maravillosa y super atenta en todo lo que necesitamos.

We had privacy and felt like home. Easy to communicate with the owners which were very kind and amazing.

I didn't like the bed,. woke up with a bad back. The pillows were small. But over all the place was amazing.!

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. We had a 3 day event at the LX Factory and it was located only few minutes walk away. This made our stay in Lisbon so easy. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed including two air conditioners, a kitchenette and a desperately needed washing machine (we had been traveling for a while and had lots of laundry to do!). The little patio area outside made all the difference to us and was very private and secure. Our hosts were great too - very helpful with excellent communication before our stay. Check in was super easy as Marco met us at our specified time (and even when we were delayed a little, he was very relaxed and helpful when he greeted us outside the apartment). He also promptly responded to all our messages. Thank you Marta for sharing your lovely little apartment with us and Marco for all your help!
