The Location was excellent. The Value was best around. When I had a need, they are a phone call away and someone came promptly and helped with issue. ( thermostat ). And, it was remodeled lovely for a very old home. Well done. Thankful for a washer and dryer.
It needs a couple more blankets. The thin comforter on the bed was the only blanket. The shower liner needed replaced. Mildew marks/spots on it. A motion light above the laundry entrance door. Felt unsafe. It was scary and hard to see the lock in the dark. And , maybe a large linoleum mat, 7’x 7’ ish, in front of the washer and dryer. Would be easy to keep clean. And, it would help with laundry if accidentally gets dropped and help stay clean. A small card table there would help also.
