Sunny without vis-à-vis two minutes from the Old Port, two hundred meters from the beach and parks, next to the cultural center of La Coursive, charming studio on the first floor with fitted kitchen, bathroom, renovated new, large terrace, three windows with double glazing, exposed beams painted white, new parquet, kitchen area with oven, fridge, microwave, large wardrobe, dining area, television, stereo, double bed, plus inflatable single bed automatically in case of need, sunny terrace in the afternoon with table, chairs and deckchairs. There is no wifi, we use the smartphone as a hotspot for the internet (4G next to the small window, 3G inside the studio).
The studio is right in the center of the cultural and leisure activities of the old town, everything can be done on foot. Restaurants, tourist visits, parks, beaches and shops are nearby. The city of La Rochelle is very lively and lively. The place where the studio is located is quite quiet, except Friday and Saturday evenings due to the activity these two nights of a nightclub located in front of the studio, whose noise can be annoying and disturb sleep.
