Overpriced

The location was convenient for the slopes. The staff were pleasant. The tv in the room was v large with an excellent choice of channels.

The rooms were exceptionally over warm and even turning the heating as low as possible did not help. This made sleep very difficult. Other guests I spoke to had the same issue. There were no bedside lamps and no switch to turn the main lights off near to the bed. There was no cleaning service for the room which at this price point I would definitely expect. Even clean towels or extra toilet paper had to be collected from reception. The breakfast buffet was very uninspired. There were only two coffee machines each of which only brewed one cup at once and that very slowly leading to long queues as breakfast was generally very busy.

Overall excellent experience. Great room and breakfast. Very good location, just 5 min walk from the ski cable car.

We had a 1st floor room so we could hear the bass from downstairs going until midnight. Wasn't too loud, but better get a higher floor if you'd have trouble falling asleep.

Wonderful and complete find in Arosa

Centrally located in Arosa with front row views over the little lake. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The Hôtel facilities were great (bar, restaurant, ski room, laundry and saunas).

Nice resort, excelent ski experience, the hotel a bit price (330 CHF/night +18 CHF PARKING) 3 stars

Hotel staff friendly and helpful willing to help and address requests. The hotel is in a very good area walking distance (200-300m) from the ski lift, train station and sport equipment rentals. The hotel is either newish or recently renovated and it looks nice with a great concept in the lobby and socializing areas. Please note that the spa and sauna are only textil free! Meaning naked. No other option.

A pleasure!

The hotel is about a 5 min. walk from the railway station so perfect if you travel by train. Its also pretty close to the city center. The room was nice and clean. We had a balcony with a fantastic view on the lake. For a 3 start hotel we were really suprised about the the quality standard they had. I can definitely recommend a stay there.

They do not clean the room everyday and its done only against a extra request and fee. Nothing which really bothered us since we were staying for two nights and since its also more eco friendly to not wash towels when its not needed, that just to mention but not really which we didn’t like

Having " One step closer to heaven" on the bedroom wall is a bit creepy!

The hotel was new, very modern and being positioned on the lake was lovely....it had good vibes. The room was small, but adequate, bathroom functioned well and bed was comfortable. The view on to the lake and surroundings lovely.

The check in was 'self check in' which we don't like and it wasn't working properly anyway.....so we had to wait for someone.

Excellent stay, lovely view of arosa lake

Excellent staff had an issue with the balcony door was moved rooms straight away. We were travelling in a camper van and unable to fit in the car park and was assisted with parking outside the hotel with no hesitation. Our room was clean and modern. Enjoyed the free hot and cold drinks in the restaurant area. Lots of areas to chill out in if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend.

Comfort and convenient location

The hotel was very conviniently located in the downtown and close to everything necessary. The steam bath and sauna are super appreciated after a full day outdoors. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room had the basics needed.

The parking is a public one and had the same tariffs as any individual using it. It would be nice to negotiate the prices of the parking for hotel guests

modern, clean and very comfortable. small but nice spa.

Staff helpfulness was varied, in particular the more senior older guy with grey hair and glasses was quite rude and belittling towards us as soon as we arrived. However the younger blonde woman that helped us checkin in was super friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more for us. They charge extra to clean your room during your stay which wouldn’t be a problem but if staying longer than a couple nights the bins need emptying and toilet roll restocking and there doesn’t seem to be a system for this.

Aves fulfilled and surpassed all expectations

The family room was great, breakfast was wonderful and from 7 to noon, and a short walk to the slope. we were so happy to also find the ice skating behind the hotel. everything was convenient and easy.

The self checkin and checkout was not preferable, but they had someone there at all times to help and everything went smooth.
