The apartment has a very good size (we were 2 couples and 2 children), the location is FANTASTIC (as central as it gets), it was clean, thd host is very nice and helpful.

La ubicación es muy buena, es amplio para estar cómodos. Tanto la cocina como el cuarto de baño estan reformados.
El tranvía que pasa muy cerca hace ruido, pero tengo que decir que a nosotros no nos ha molestado, pero si eres sensible al sueño puede molestarte. No tiene ascensor y es un segundo, aunque esto ya lo sabía

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man erreicht zu Fuß jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist gleich in der Fußgängerzone.
Die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Betten sind alt und unbequem, das Sofa hat Flecken etc. Investiert wird augenscheinlich nichts. Es ist unangenehm heiss (und das Ende Oktober) und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Der vorhandene Ventilator ist sehr laut, kann in der Nacht nicht benutzt werden. Bei offenen Fenstern geht auch nicht-zu laut.
