La posizione è centrale e molto comoda a ristoranti e trasporti pubblici. Buon servizio di check in e check out. Buona anche la fornitura della cucina.
L'appartamento è inspiegabilmente molto caldo, anche se le giornate a Lisbona non erano estreme, e purtroppo non ci sono condizionatori, solamente ventilatori. Le camere sono molto piccole e non ci sono armadi dove riporre gli abiti. Lo spazio nel complesso non è ridottissimo, ma è ripartito male. Attenzione alle quattro rampe di scale per arrivare all'appartamento: sono molto ripide.

The apartment has a very good size (we were 2 couples and 2 children), the location is FANTASTIC (as central as it gets), it was clean, thd host is very nice and helpful.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man erreicht zu Fuß jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist gleich in der Fußgängerzone.
Die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Betten sind alt und unbequem, das Sofa hat Flecken etc. Investiert wird augenscheinlich nichts. Es ist unangenehm heiss (und das Ende Oktober) und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Der vorhandene Ventilator ist sehr laut, kann in der Nacht nicht benutzt werden. Bei offenen Fenstern geht auch nicht-zu laut.
