Convenient basic accommodation

Easy to find, lovely welcome from receptionist. Clean and comfortable basic hotel. Small kitchen area was very convenient as I bought food and ate in. Decent large kettle, microwave, and 2 electric plates for cooking, and necessary crockery and utensils. Well lit. Hot water and good shower. Plenty of parking.

Some machine (air conditioning?) ran noisily all night, which didn't help the quality of my sleep. Couldn't get the heater to respond to changing the setting, but was fairly comfortable; could be a problem in summer or winter.

Disappointed

Friendly, helpful staff

The room looked as though it were set up for someone who was homeless, or perhaps a refugee, as there was a cooker and fridge as well as a bed. The heater was preset (20 degrees) and could not be altered. The bathroom was very basic (remnants of black mould in the corners of the bath/shower) and the towels were thin. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before for a particulrar time in the morning and the choice was extremely limited.

A twenty minute walk into Evreux which is a lovely town. This hotel is pretty grotty but the beds were comfortable enough and there's a well equipped kitchen. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

It seemed like maybe this hotel was serving an emergency accommodation function Only one set of towels in the room despite two people staying in it. Whilst the bedding did seem clean, there were marks on the bedsheets, as in actual stains, that were disconcerting. I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

A very good overnight stop. Staff were very helpful.

The room was good, bed was comfy, all was clean. Just a few metres off the road south and was about 300 metres from a huge supermarket. You also had a `fridge and basic cooking facilities which helps when we are heading for hard times.

Huge wardrobe was unnecessary, double bed was therefore against the wall.

Cheap and comfortable bed for the night

Comfortable bed, room well equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and mugs, plates and cutlery. Slept very well. Room was clean.

Only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. Only one electric socket in room. The decoration and furniture was very tired

Convenient good value and helpful

The main positive factor was the helpful reception staff who took time to help me when I couldn't connect to the WiFi. And who were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it had very good facilities for the price.

I couldn't connect to WiFi. But whether this was just due to my skills not being good is unknown. Whatever, I had no Internet connection that night. I couldn't find a spare socket to charge my phone. In the end I had to use the one for the microwave instead, which was a long stretch. Overall though the room was good value and staff helpful.

Stayed for one night as a stop over on a long journey. It was exactly what we needed, clean comfortable, quiet and had basic facilities for us to cook. The staff member who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. Great value for money

Fabulous hotel

Seriously could not fault this hotel. After a 10 hour drive it was a very welcoming, super friendly hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but as it was SO good I needed to. Just a special mention and thank you to the two ladies, one in the evening and one in the morning that were so nice and really helpful.

Surprise find after being let down by another hotel :) Very Happy

Room was not huge but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Well equipped with a microwave, kettle, cooker and washing up facilities. Bed comfy and spotlessly clean. Easy to find hotel, plenty of parking and very helpful staff. I literally booked this an hour before arriving after having a booking at another hotel cancelled as they had decided to close early! Be My Hotel accommodated me perfectly. I would not have considered this hotel previously be will most definitely be returning. Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was just fine, clean, comfortable and pleasant staff.

Prima hotel voor op doorreis

De locatie is perfect voor op doorreis. Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het is handig dat de kamers zich op de begane grond bevinden Wij komen er heel erg graag, vanwege het personeel, de voorzieningen en de goed schoongemaakte kamers. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Ook is het fijn dat de auto op een afgesloten parkeerterrein staat
