Lovely apartment with everything you need - a great view to the garden and river, comfy bed, big shower, equipped kitchen. It is not huge but very cozy! Central location.

Ruduo, medžiai be lapų, oras žvarbokas, bet viduje buvo šilta ir jauku, kambarys švarus. Didelis privalumas, kad tokiose mažose patalpose yra kombinuota šildymo ir kondicionavimo sistema. Yra minimalistinė virtuvėlė, reikiami įrankiai, virdulys ir indai, nedidukas šaldytuvas, mažutė, mažutė kaitlentė. Pakankamai erdvus vonios kambarys. Dviem asmenims vietos pakanka yra balkonas nuo kaimynų perskirtas simboline širmute, balkone stovi pora krėslų (plastik-fantastik). Šalia namelio yra pora vietų automobiliams, na jei draugiškai ir supratingai, tai gal ir trys :)
Labai nepatogus kambario išplanavimas, pastoviai reikia lankstytis ir žiūrėti, kad "nekaltum" su galva į stogo (lubų) kampą, kambarys įrengtas pastogėje, o tai sudaro nemažai nepatogumų. Dvigulė lova siauroka. Garso izoliacija taipogi galėtų būti geresnė, nes garsiakalbių kaimynų balbatavimas girdimas taip, lyg jie sėdėtų šalia... NĖRA televizoriaus, kas šiais laikais man nesuprantama, nes lietingą ir žvarbų rudenio vakarą, tikrai norėtųsi pažiūrėti "Galvok" žaidimą, ar filmą... Vonios kambaryje nėra normalios ventiliacijos, tik atidaromas langas, tad oro gaiviklis būtų neprošal.
