Rosa Hotel - Bùi Viện Walking Street

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We booked this hotel for 3 nights but ended up staying for only 1 night because of the poor room conditions. The sheets had visible stains, the walls were peeling, and there was no hot water. To make matters worse, the noise from outside was clearly audible even on the 7th floor, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Our experience became even more disappointing when we accidentally left 2 jackets and 1 pair of pants hanging together inside the room’s cabinet when we checked out on our second day. When we contacted the reception, they claimed that no jackets had been found, which was difficult to understand given that all three items had been placed together. The only photos they provided showed the pants already folded and set aside, with no photos of the entire cabinet to establish what had actually been found. What made the situation worse was their lack of communication. The hotel did not proactively contact us to inform us that we had left belongings behind, and our chat inquiries went unanswered. We eventually had to return to the hotel in person just to follow up on our missing items. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, excessive noise, and disappointing handling of lost belongings made this an extremely unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of affordable hotels in Saigon that offer much better quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else.

if you're on a budget this is recommendable. the only bad side in this hotel is the smell of trash outside every morning, the after party of bui vien walking street

Excellent location. decent rooms. a bit noisy at night as it is located just beside the road. the only con is the absence of elevator. the staff had to help us with our big luggage in bringing upstairs

Good hotel
