Super little couples retreat for a weekend or longer in North Devon

The property is part of the owners property and is a lovely, well decorated little annex. Bathroom (shower) is really nice and modern and the rest of the property is similarly modern. Nice little foyer with microwave, tea and coffee facilities etc, absolutely perfect for a couple to enjoy for a long weekend or longer in comfort. Bedroom was very nice and clean and comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Little wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. We met our hosts Nikki and Simon on the morning after we arrived and they were both lovely. The location was just up the hill from the beach and the seafront, far enough away to be nice and quiet, but close enough to everything in just a few mins. Overall a really excellent experience and we would definitely use again if we visited North Devon next time.

Beautiful studio apartment! Immaculately presented, warm n cosy. Welcoming hosts. Comfy bed, decorated in lovely colours. Everything you need for a short stay. Lovely sea views, short walk to the sea front Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a couple or a single and a beautiful property.

The property was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable, generous in size all very new and tastefully appointed bathroom. The host provided everything I could possibly have needed. It felt safe and was a short walk to the local stores and to the South West Coast path.

Absolutely lovely little studio apartment. Perfect accommodation for our stay. Beautiful modern bathroom and a lovely bedroom. Included all the necessary amenities. Lovely hosts who added extra touches like a pint of milk and biscuits. Very accommodating and let us know the property was available to check in a bit early. Great location and we both loved being able to lay in bed and look out to the sea.

Great communication with the hosts from start to finish. Lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Easy to control heating and the place was perfectly clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay if you like to eat out or bring takeaway food back to eat. We would definitely stay again.

it was very cosy, well positioned (close to the beach, shops and restaurants), you can park right in front of the house for free, modern decoration with a very confortable bathroom. All you need for a one-off stay or for a longer one!
