We have stayed here before so I knew all would be well. Very pleasant stay. Bathroom especially good, with spacious shower and lovely light room. Host left milk in the fridge which is super helpful and we really enjoyed the coffee bags which were provided by the host. The studio is thoughtfully decorated with everything matching, including super crockery. There is indeed a sea view. There are also helpful pegs in the bathroom and hall area, often missing from lother accommodation.
The only drawback is the lack of a sink in the kitchenette area. The kettle just about fits under the bathroom basin tap. I think I suggested providing a jug to fill the washing up bowl and kettle more easily last time we stayed. I still think that this would be a good edition. Although parking is a little tricky, the host parks leaving plenty of room for manoeuvre and it's very good to get parking right outside the property in this area.

Ideal for an overnight stay. Very clean with lovely shower room and comfy bed
Only slight thing was parking was tight on a busy road, but otherwise superb place to stay

Sadly the building works did affect our enjoyment during this break. We were warned they could still be there.
