Canmore Mountain Retreat. Hot Tub, Pool, King Bed!

Location was perfect, the pool and spa were a little bonus

Indoor parking is very tight. Must be a good driver to navigate parking as the spaces aren’t designed for bigger vehicule

Size of condo was great

Need new pillows for both bedrooms. Terrible to sleep on. Flat as a tack. Wifi didn’t work with password you provided. Reception provided the hotel one for us to use instead. Also, flexible shower hose in ensuite could not be used as switch on wall not installed to flick between shower head and hand held hose.

Fantastic amenities. Host wonderful and obliging with an early check in. Everything you needed was catered for

Location was good with a well functioning fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a National Park pass and bear spray to use.

Shower in master bedroom had a sign saying it was out of order. We had not been notified of such. Beds were uncomfortable and my head was lower than my feet. The unit was dark. Found a greasy baking sheet in the bottom of the stove when I went to use it. We had a full size SUV and the parking spot was so difficult to access.if there was a vehicle beside you as you are next to a concrete pillar. We chose to park outside.
